My intention and prayer is for the space I offer to help cultivate ease, compassion and freedom for all those who feel ready and aligned. The invitation is to cultivate a space of grounded love that is in service to the teachings and community of healing and truth. To cut through the noise and find the majesty of presence and simplicity is my greatest wish.   received my meditation teacher certification from the Mindry in Malibu and host weekly meditation sessions.

This is a grounding morning practice to attune our hearts and minds to a frequency of trust, surrender, expansion and ease as we move through our busy days and lives. The invitation and intention to come back to the breath and back to loving awareness as situations and circumstances arise. This practice is here to nurture and guide you back to a state of freedom in remembering your divinity and honoring our interconnected nature. This week’s practice is dedicated to the framework of strength. We will journey with breath and heart to find the landscapes of inner truth and power that remind us what is infinitely and eternally ours to hold and our to know. When we hold and honor this part of our being we can move with greater intention and confidence through all aspects of our life.

A gentle heart opening practice to close our weekend in truth and connection as a community. Moving with the wisdom of love to recenter and anointed deep intention and prayer for the coming week to note what to let go of and to note what to hold onto.

This week’s practice is dedicated to the framework of resilience. We will journey with breath and heart to find the landscapes within our being that tether us to that infinite pulse and rhythm of moving forward and keeping faith. the intention is to find the ways in which we can embody the nature of resilience through our mindful attunement to what is occurring in the mind, the body, the. breath and the heart. We can move forward with greater resilience when we trust the temporality of all that is arising, just like each inhale we meditate on what is arriving and each exhale we meditate on what is departing. This offers us a renewal into our own every growing expansion into our resilience.
